HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM – HOME WARRANTY

We require prior authorization before any repairs can be made.

Our normal business hours are:
Monday through Friday:
7:00 am to 7:00 pm (Central)
Saturday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (Central)

If you are in need of a repair, please make sure to follow the procedure outlined
in your contract:

  1. Discontinue use of the appliance or system to prevent further damage.
  2. Contact our customer service representatives at 844-548-2817, Monday – Friday: 7 am – 7 pm (Central) and Saturday: 8 am – 2 pm (Central). If you are calling outside of normal business hours, you may email your information to efghome@efgusa.com with your service contract number and phone number.
  3. We have the sole authority to select an authorized service professional. We will provide you with a referral to an authorized service professional based upon the component failure.

If you are in need of a repair before or after our normal business hours, please consult your contract for instructions on submitting a claim after hours.
